Marric Enterprises LLC has been in business for years servicing clients with superior food items and outstanding service. Marric Enterprises answers the growing demand of today’s active lifestyles for a need to maintain a healthy and convenient alternative to cooking. The company’s mission is to provide active people with superior quality nutritious meals or snacks without compromising freshness, taste, or ingredients. Marric Enterprises will not produce any product that does not satisfy its mission.Marric Enterprises is owned and operated by Chef Maria Riccitelli, who has a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. She is a professional chef with over 17 years broad range experience in the food research and development field as well as the restaurant and catering industries. She formerly owned Meals To You, a catering company which catered a variety of events including weddings, office parties and elegant sit down dinners. Maria is the former owner of Café Plus in Scottsdale Arizona. The café was ahead of its time, offering a funky gathering place to eat gourmet sandwiches and salads while drinking specialty coffees and flavored sodas. One of Maria’s recent ventures was a prepared meal delivery service that provided delicious and nutritious meals to active senior citizens in southern New Jersey. She managed corporate cafeterias in New Jersey for several years prior, specializing in high volume catering. In addition, Maria has cooked with many executive chefs, including Roy Yamaguchi at his fine restaurants in Maui, Hawaii. In mid 2000 Maria also secured positions as a research & development chef for food manufacturers, developing innovative menu items for specialty food chains. It is in this industry where Maria was able to put her past culinary experiences to use. Her plentiful culinary experiences have given her the tools she needs to excel in such a position which laid the foundation for Marric Enterprises.
Marric Enterprises’ most recent venture includes the creation and start up of Hearty Bars cereal bars and Toffee Towne brand almond butter crunch. Both products offer fresh and delicious ingredients that result
in a tasty and fulfilling result, once again satisfying the company’s mission.
